邪淫 | 导致不能过夫妻生活，到底要怎样做才能戒除邪淫？
福主自述
出生于1999年，坐标中国，我的问题：小的时候受电视的影响，导致从小到大邪淫很严重非常痛苦，在2017年接触到了佛法，没人带领自学，感觉打通全身经络很舒服。过了一段时间没空修，不知是业障还是冤亲债主，从小肚子有一股气串到脑袋上怎么也下不来，好像这股气专门障碍着自己不想念佛了。后来找医生，那医生也学过佛，说是因果病，吃药也好不了，这个病叫做冲脉气上冲。因为自己的这个问题，感召的伴侣也是邪淫比较厉害，即使结婚了也不能正常过夫妻生活。

首先，这个是到底是业障还是冤亲债主干扰，其实这事情统归为四个字就是“冤亲债主”，因为业障也是来源于关系。
为什么发现戒除这个邪淫是非常困难的，为什么在小肚子有股气，这股气可以理解成你身上的一股气流，这股气流如果流通不出去的话，就像根一样种在你的小腹这个位置，所以现在你想要这股气打通，那个医生说的是有一定道理的，是你这个脉络的问题。
那我们如何去打通？
通过你自己现在可能很难办到把这股气运行出去，那在这个时候你可以做些“脉轮的冥想”。
如果有这个缘分的情况下，可以找一个道家专门练习“丹道”的师父，然后让他教你一点一点的行气导引，把这股气从身体某个脉窍引出去。
但是邪淫这个东西，一旦种下非常非常不好去除的，因为是生理和心理双重博弈的过程，就像你现在处于一个非常纠结、非常难受、非常痛苦的一个阶段。
你难受的是什么呢？
可能你有生理上面的欲望，看到了某些东西，你的意识就会被刺激起来。
那你纠结痛苦的是什么呢？
我学佛了，我想做个好人，佛教告诉我这些邪心淫念对生活的影响非常的大，我将来可能是要堕到地狱的，我在做这个过程的时候，身边可能就会有邪淫鬼的出现。
所以，你的大脑里就一直充斥着博弈的过程，会让你整个心力交瘁。心力交瘁的过程就会影响你身体的阴阳平衡、五脏六腑。
但是还有一点需要注意的，就是喜欢邪淫的人，大多数都是肾虚的人。我们经常说肾好的情况下，那么某方面功能才会正常，但是当肾没有办法去存这个真正精元的时候，才会有这个邪心淫念的想法。
所以告诉你一些生理上面的办法：
第一，经常搓小腹、腰间，让其热起来，进行一个温补。
因为你有一个先天性肾气虚的问题，再加上青春期小的时候生理上有被刺激到，感受到了生理上最原始的那种让你开心的感受，所以你对这种感受你的意识中会产生一个留恋的问题。
那么我们当下要做的是什么呢？
可以激起我们这种生理欲望的东西，全部都不再去接触。你也不用去想我这个意识总是会不断被激起，那么你就要有一个正确的做法，一切让我能想到的这些东西，我都不再去接触，不再去看。
第二，学会适当转念
当你发现你不去看、不去专注的时候，可能现在的自媒体会给你推荐这个东西，来引起你生理上的这种感受。那这个时候我们就要学会转念，这个时候就是拼你自身意识够不够强大的时候。
去转念这个过程，就告诉自己我现在已经有生理欲望了，但是我不能任由这个生理欲望再去往下走，换一些其他的东西或者立马换一张佛陀的图片来，让这个佛陀来警示我不能再这样做下去了，那就是我们第二步需要做的事情。
第三，多去读圣贤书
圣贤书在人间，你可以理解是让我们头脑清醒，甚至最直白的可以理解让你洗脑的过程。那你多去观看这些东西，来帮助我们达到一个正确的思想意识。我们现在竟然是正与负博弈的过程，就要给自身灌输更多正向能量，去把负能量的储存体全部给你一点一点删除。
第四，梳头发
当你有这个生理欲望的时候，拿一把大的木梳，去梳自己的头发，去梳九十九下。
第五，小便注意要点
早上起来，第一次去小便的时候，双手握拳咬紧牙关，不要喘气，闭息，然后排小便，这样留下的一部分，也是给你补充肾精的精元。
第六，配合吃中草药
同时，建议你还是吃些中草药，去进行配合，否则自己先天性肾虚这个问题，可能还是会引起你这方面的生理欲望。
第七，请一块好的玉石
如果有条件的情况下，请一块好的玉石，因为晚上的时候容易有邪淫鬼跟着你，所以请一块好的玉石。
